MARTINOTTI METHOD SPARKLING WINE
Prosecco
The Prosecco Superiore Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG is produced in Veneto from the processing of Glera grapes cultivated exclusively in the territories between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.
It is the most famous Italian sparkling wine, celebrated for its bright straw yellow color, fragrant and fresh aromas, and a unique taste characterized by a marked aromatic finesse.
A wine to discover, to serve strictly chilled, fantastic on the table, and perfect as an aperitif.

CLASSICAL METHOD SPARKLING WINE
Alta Langa
This is the first classical method produced in Italy, made with Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes from the southern provinces of Piedmont.
Alta Langa has hues ranging from straw yellow to intense gold and aromas reminiscent of white fruits and citrus with hints of bread crust. On the palate, it is harmonious, characterized by a delicate saltiness.
This wine has very long aging times: at least 30 months. Precisely because of this and its production technique, Alta Langa DOCG is a gem among Italian sparkling wines.

RED WINE
Morellino di Scansano
Morellino di Scansano is the red wine symbol of "Maremma," a picturesque and unspoiled area south of Tuscany along the sea coast.
Produced from Sangiovese grapes for at least 85% of its production, it has a ruby color that tends towards garnet red as it matures. Morellino di Scansano DOCG is characterized by intense aromas, a warm taste, and many other qualities typical of excellent wines.
Morellino is ideal with game dishes from traditional Tuscan cuisine, grilled Florentine steak, and pasta dishes with meat sauces.

WHITE WINE
Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi
Verdicchio is a still white wine made from the Verdicchio grape, an indigenous variety of the Marche region.
Verdicchio DOC originates in the "Valle Esina" between the green provinces of Ancona and Macerata. Here, the grapes receive fresh mountain air and salty Adriatic winds in a sufficiently ventilated and sunny area.
The result? A white wine with a wide range of floral and fruity notes with an unparalleled and unmistakable flavor: Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi.

ROSE' WINE
Salento Rosato
Salento Rosato is an ancient wine that belongs to the Salento wine area in Apulia.
This wine is produced through techniques of processing grapes from the indigenous Negroamaro variety. Its cerise pink color encloses a harmonious wine ideal that offers sensations of pronounced freshness and liveliness.
Salento Rosato IGT pairs best with first and second fish dishes, is the perfect companion to traditional Salentine frisa, and is also highly appreciated on its own.

SWEET WINE
Zibibbo
Zibibbo is the sweet passito wine produced from the eponymous aromatic grape variety, which has its roots in Sicily.
The warm winds, volcanic soils, and high temperatures of the island create the optimal conditions for this particular grape variety, once destined for the production of dried grapes.
Terre Siciliane Zibibbo IGT is a golden-colored wine with amber reflections and very intense aromas. On the palate, it is full-bodied, soft, and sweet. This passito wine is ideal for pairing with desserts, Sicilian pastries, and particularly flavorful foods such as certain cheeses.
